Every client gets a written scope of works
Nothing is billed that isn’t written down first.
Before any paid work starts, you receive a scope of works covering:
- Objectives — what the engagement is for, in plain language
- Deliverables — exactly what you’ll have at the end
- Exclusions — what’s out of scope, so there are no surprises
- Acceptance criteria — how we’ll both know it’s done
- Timeline and days — how the booked days are spent
- Price — fixed against the scope; changes agreed in writing first
If something useful turns up mid-engagement that isn’t in scope, we’ll say so and agree the change in writing — the scope moves only when you decide it does.
